We're looking for a bright, motivated individual with an interest in marketing to join us for a long-term, part-time (20-30 hours), paid internship. The position will start in late July or August in our Wheeling, WV offices.

Yes, It's Really Marketing Work

If you've ever tried looking for a marketing job or internship as a college student, recent graduate, or someone new to the field, you know that almost everything you see is for sales. That's true around the country and especially in the Wheeling, WV - Steubenville, OH - Pittsburgh, PA area. There's nothing wrong with that - sales is a critical and underappreciated part of any business - but you probably won't do any actual marketing tasks without major previous marketing experience.

That's not the case with Direct Online Marketing™. Here the sales folks do business development and the marketing folks do search marketing, blogging, social media, and all the other services we offer.

Actual Things You'll Do

The work you do will vary by day and may be heavier in some areas than others. The following are the types of online marketing work you'll actually perform:
